Today we got the event checklist and this is what we completed:
Event: dinner/raffle
Date: Saturday June 2, 2012
Location: WHS
Time: 5 to 7
How many can attend: 50-70
So far here are the commities
Raffle: Naomi, Alisha, Sophia, Lindsey
Attendance: Sophia, Naomi, Lindsey
Entertainment: Mikaylah, Julia, Becca
Food: Ciera, Anna, Becca
Marketing: Lilly, Alisha, Anna
Decor: Ciera, Lilly, Mikayla
The deadline for confirmation from donors: April 7th
We also got the Young Advocates Club prochures, the "Do not ask list", and the solicitation letters.
Invitation ideas: Posters, Facebook, twitter, Personel family, flyers.
Goal: $500
Entertainment: Slide show, posters, displays.
